The following terms and conditions govern the reciprocal rights and obligations between GP Event Camping Services and the camping guest in their entirety. The contractual services are exclusively subject to the applicable commitments for the duration of the guest's stay. Any agreements made via telephone, side agreements, or other arrangements of any nature shall require written form and formal confirmation by the campsite.

1. Reservation and Confirmation:

In order to secure a reservation at SPIELBERG CAMPING WEISS, guests must place a booking in advance. Reservations may be made through our official website www.spielberg-camping-weiss.at. Once the operator provides written confirmation of the booking, the reservation is deemed legally binding.

2. Payment Terms:

Payment for accommodation at SPIELBERG CAMPING WEISS shall be due upon arrival, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon during the reservation process. Various methods of payment are accepted. Please be advised that additional charges may apply for certain services or the use of specific facilities.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation without incurring charges up to two weeks following the booking date. After this period, 100% of the camping fee shall become payable upon cancellation. In cases of justified hardship, we will endeavour to reach an amicable solution in good faith.

4. Campsite Rules and Regulations:

In order to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to our campsite’s rules and regulations. These encompass provisions concerning noise control, waste management, the use of amenities, and the respect for the privacy of fellow campers. Non-compliance with these regulations may result in penalties or expulsion from the premises.

5. Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment for our guests, SPIELBERG CAMPING WEISS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained during the stay. We strongly recommend that guests obtain adequate insurance coverage for their personal property and activities during their stay.
